I recently sold my home and listed it with Tom. I met with a couple of different realtors before I made a decision and as soon as I sat down with Tom I knew he was the right realtor for me. He is very energetic and outgoing and you can tell he loves his job. Tom did an amazing job listing my house and went out of his way to have amazing photos and videos done and he even did a really cool video. And when I say he went out of his way let's just say he showed up one day with a straw hat and his bathing suit and got in my freezing cold pool just to shoot the video. There was never one moment where I was concerned about his job performance and he sold my house almost immediately. His communication is great and he was always available by phone, text, email or in person meetings. I literally couldn't be happier. Tom is such a good guy and so good at his job that we became friends. There is a reason why he probably sells more houses on Merritt Island than anyone else.
