Tom was the most persistent realtor (and person) I’d ever met. When he took on our almost impossible sale, the first thing he did, at no cost to us, was have his team of “house stagers” come in to make the interior more appealing in photographs. He also told me some less expensive things I could do, such as have the house, driveway, and pool deck painted. He was realistic about the market, but always optimistic. When I had to leave town during the last week, when a proper offer came in, he took care of details, like getting rid of our derelict boat. Tom is professional, patient, and despite his young age, a seasoned realtor who will get the job done.
